Lisa N. McGill is President/CEO,  Executive One Consulting Solutions, experienced in the areas of Business and Social Enterprise organizational development, determinative process building, regeneration and leadership. Lisa has over ten years of public community board leadership service. Most recently the Immediate Past Board President at The YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade County, Lisa oversaw its strategic direction, sustainability and advancement. A Former Banking Officer specializing in Treasury Management Services, Lisa developed business solutions that manage the firm's liquidity and mitigate its operational, financial and reputational risk. Lisa works comprehensively from the inside out, to expand business strategy and performance for Social Enterprise and Small Business companies, aggregating sustainability and growth. An Executive MBA graduate from the Chapman School of Business @ FIU, Lisa completed the EMBA Consortium for Global Business Innovation at The University of Stellenbosch in Capetown, South Africa.
