Pig Roast Competition
Saturday, September 13, 2025 | 10:00 a.m. | Parking Lot next to Pitbull Stadium
This exciting new tradition will take place on the day of the FIU vs. FAU football game and will serve as an opportunity to bring students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to FIU while supporting FIU Athletics.
To celebrate, the President's Council will be sponsoring this inaugural event. If interested in joining our team, please contact prescoun@fiu.edu.
Please note: Registration to our team is on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited and we cannot guarantee each member a spot.
Registration includes entrance into the FIU Pig Roast Series, a t-shirt, and a 50-60 lb. uncooked pig for the competition. The seasoning and marinade are up to you. Family recipes are encouraged!
