Kurt Dyer, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Lemartec, a distinguished subsidiary of MasTec, brings an impressive 24 years of experience in the construction industry to the forefront. A proud alumnus of Florida International University, he holds both undergraduate and master's degrees from the School of Construction Management, laying a strong foundation for his stellar career.
Kurt has played a pivotal role in Lemartec's remarkable journey, contributing to its position as the #22 ranked Data Center Builder on the ENR Top 400 Contractors list. His dynamic leadership extends across the organization's operations, encompassing both domestic and international markets. Lemartec's reputation as an industry leader in commercial construction, sports and entertainment venues, mission-critical infrastructure, and complex transportation projects is a testament to Kurt's strategic acumen and innovative vision.
As a passionate servant leader, strategist, and innovator, Kurt embodies the spirit of proving the impossible wrong. Born and raised in Jamaica, Kurt is celebrated as one of the Top 100 Most Accomplished Caribbean Americans in South Florida. He is also an esteemed alumnus of Leadership Miami and holds a place of honor among South Florida Magazine's Top 40 Leaders Under 40.
Outside of work, Kurt finds joy in public speaking, mentoring aspiring professionals, honing his golf skills, and pushing the limits with extreme workouts. His philanthropic endeavors include active support for organizations such as 100 Black Men of America and Rebuilding Together, demonstrating his commitment to community and giving back.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Kurt is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Kimare Dyer, who is an accomplished attorney. Together, they share a wonderful family life with their two teenage boys, Dominic and Daniel who attend Belen Jesuit Preparatory School.
