Erin Dowd

Erin Dowd is the Corporate Director of Government and Community Relations at Baptist Health, where she leads engagement with government agencies and community organizations to advance the organization’s strategic objectives and support the well-being of the communities it serves.

Before joining Baptist Health, Erin was Vice President of Investor Relations at the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, where she spearheaded private-sector fundraising and investor engagement. She also brings a decade of experience in education, having served as Regional Managing Director of Recruitment at City Year and as Associate Director for MBA Marketing and Recruitment at Florida International University.

A proud adopted Miamian, Erin is deeply involved in the community, actively supporting organizations such as United Way and several local chambers. She currently serves on the boards of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Coral Gables Community Foundation.

Erin holds both a Master of Arts in International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Florida International University.
