Erick Valderrama '95

Erick is President of CDC Group Inc., a construction management and development consulting firm. His firm provides preconstruction management and fee development services to clients throughout South Florida. Erick has been involved in the South Florida construction industry for the last 25 years. During his career, he has successfully managed construction operations and risk management services throughout the industry's market sector spectrum in both construction and development related capacities.
Erick is a Civil Engineering graduate of Florida International University, a Certified General Contractor and LEED Green Associate. He is also actively involved within the local community. He is an FIU Alumni Lifetime Member, and sits on the FIU President's Council Executive Board. Erick is also a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Miami-Dade County's Community Affordable Housing Strategies Alliance Board, and in 2014, Erick was honored with the Latin Builders Association Director of the Year award. He is currently President Elect of the Latin Builders Association.
