Carlos de Solo '01

Carlos de Solo, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, CareMax Medical Centers & Managed Healthcare Partners, has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare. Carlos began his career as a senior equities trader at RBC/Carlin. From there, he served as COO and Partner of a startup managed healthcare company and sold the company in two years. Throughout his career, however, he wanted to become involved in actual grassroots care. His idea was to open full-risk multi-specialty Medicare Advantage centers, holding on to community dynamics and values and keeping members (not “patients”) healthy.
